Agriculture Department Extends Deadline for Mini Dal Mill and Millet Mill Applications, Apply by January 26, 2025

Opportunity to Avail Up to 60% Subsidy on Mini Dal Mill and Millet Mill, The Government of Madhya Pradesh has extended the application deadline for the Mini Dal Mill and Millet Mill under the Agricultural Equipment Subsidy Scheme for the third time, now until January 26, 2025. This extension has been made due to the insufficient number of applications. Farmers now have a golden opportunity to avail of subsidies up to 60% and obtain these agricultural tools at discounted rates.

Changes in Application Deadline and Lottery Process:

Earlier, the application deadline was set for January 15, 2025, and the lottery process was scheduled for January 16, 2025. However, due to a lack of sufficient applications, the deadline has been extended to January 26, 2025. As per the revised schedule, the lottery will be held on January 27, 2025.

Subsidy Rates on Mini Dal Mill and Millet Mill:

1. Subsidy on Mini Dal Mill:

• SC/ST Farmers: 50% subsidy on a 50kg/hr capacity Mini Dal Mill, with a maximum limit of ₹1,20,000.
• General and Other Categories: 40% subsidy on a 50kg/hr capacity Mini Dal Mill, with a maximum limit of ₹96,000.

2. Subsidy on Millet Mill:

• SC/ST Farmers: 60% subsidy on a Millet Mill with a capacity ranging from 60-100kg/hr, with a maximum limit of ₹90,000.
• General and Other Categories: 50% subsidy on a Millet Mill with a capacity ranging from 60-100kg/hr, with a maximum limit of ₹75,000.

Demand Draft Requirement:

Farmers need to prepare the following Demand Draft (DD) for the application of Mini Dal Mill and Millet Mill:

• Mini Dal Mill: ₹5,000 (Revised).
• Millet Mill: ₹5,000 (Revised).
