Agrinnovate India Limited (AgIn), a Government of India enterprise under the Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE), Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, has declared a dividend of ₹1,42,23,513 for the financial year 2023–24. This dividend distribution has been made in accordance with the guidelines set by the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM). It is the first time that AgIn has declared a dividend since its inception.
The dividend cheque was formally presented on April 23 in New Delhi to the Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan. The event was also graced by the presence of Dr. Devesh Chaturvedi, Secretary, Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, and Dr. M.L. Jat, Director General, Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). This milestone reflects the financial robustness and strategic direction of AgIn under the leadership of its Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Praveen Malik.
Established in 2011, Agrinnovate India Limited serves as the commercial arm of ICAR and plays a pivotal role in translating agricultural research into practical applications. The organization facilitates the dissemination, value addition, and commercialization of agricultural technologies across India.
