The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a forecast for September 28, predicting very heavy rainfall in isolated areas of Eastern Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Yellow Alert Issued for Several States:

According to IMD, On September 28, heavy rainfall is expected in isolated parts of Uttarakhand, Western Uttar Pradesh, Western Madhya Pradesh, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, and Bihar. Furthermore, Madhya Maharashtra, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry & Karaikal, and Kerala & Mahe are also likely to witness heavy showers in specific areas.

Weather Update for Delhi:

While many states are receiving significant rainfall, Delhi is yet to experience the full impact of the monsoon. According to the IMD, September 28 will see cloudy skies with light showers and a possibility of drizzle in the national capital. Despite previous alerts predicting light rain, the current hot weather in Delhi reduces the likelihood of substantial rainfall. The maximum temperature is expected to reach 34°C, while the minimum will hover around 25°C. The city may experience an increase in temperature during the afternoon due to intermittent sunshine.
