Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during his monthly Mann Ki Baat program, emphasized the critical role of youth in building a developed India (Viksit Bharat). He announced the launch of the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue, to be held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, on January 11-12, 2025. This grand event will provide a platform for millions of youth across the country to unite, deliberate, and present their ideas for India’s future. Thousands of young individuals, selected from villages, blocks, districts, and states, will participate in this dialogue.
The event aims to nurture new leadership and encourage grassroots political engagement. Highlighting his vision, the Prime Minister said, “From the ramparts of the Red Fort, I urged young individuals with no political background to step into politics. The Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue is another step in that direction.
The dialogue will witness participation from national and international experts, thought leaders, and dignitaries. The Prime Minister himself will interact with the youth during the event, inspiring them to share innovative ideas for the nation’s development. These ideas will be instrumental in creating a comprehensive roadmap for India’s future. Urging the youth to seize this opportunity and actively contribute to nation-building, the Prime Minister said, “This is a golden opportunity for those who will shape India’s future. Let us come together, build our nation, and transform it into a developed India.
This event will commemorate the spirit of Swami Vivekananda, inspire young minds, and lay the foundation for a brighter and developed India. The Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue reimagines the National Youth Festival, introducing the Viksit Bharat Challenge a four-stage competition designed to engage youth in actively shaping India’s future.
