Average prices of major varieties of Apple in prominent markets on 12th September

As of today, September 12, according to the Wholesale Price Index, the price of Kashmir Shimla-II apples ranged from a maximum of 4100 rupees per quintal to a minimum of 3900 rupees per quintal, with an average price of 4000 rupees per quintal. The price of Kullu Royal Delicious apples in the medium category was at a maximum of 10000 rupees per quintal and a minimum of 3000 rupees per quintal, while the average price for Kullu Royal Delicious apples stood at 6875 rupees per quintal. For American apples, the price in the medium category reached a maximum of 6000 rupees per quintal and a minimum of 3500 rupees per quintal. The average price for local apples was 5500 rupees per quintal.
