Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has extended his congratulations to the citizens of the state on the successful completion of six years of the Ayushman Bharat Yojana, initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to foster a prosperous nation through healthy citizens. Dr. Yadav emphasized that, over these six years, the country’s poor have been empowered to recover from several major and critical illnesses, which is nothing short of a lifeline for them.
Madhya Pradesh, nearly 4 crore Ayushman cards have been issued, with around 1.08 crore families benefiting from the scheme. To date, 45 lakh cases have received medical assistance under the program. The state is leading in the effective implementation of the scheme, and Chief Minister Dr. Yadav expressed his gratitude to the Prime Minister on behalf of millions of families in Madhya Pradesh.
Dr. Yadav highlighted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has ensured that a broad section of the population reaps the benefits of this comprehensive initiative. The scheme, which has already provided support to millions across the nation, will now extend to senior citizens above 70 years of age. The Ayushman Bharat – Jan Arogya Yojana continues to expand, with senior citizens expressing their gratitude to the Prime Minister for including them. Dr. Yadav also pointed out that this scheme has saved countless families from the heavy financial burden of medical expenses. These families remain thankful to Prime Minister Modi. The government is dedicated to ensuring that as many citizens as possible in Madhya Pradesh can access this vital scheme when needed.
