Delhi and NCR recorded a slight rise in temperatures on November 10, with maximum temperatures between 30–33°C and minimums around 14–20°C. Daytime temperatures were 1–3°C above normal, while nighttime temperatures saw an increase of 4–5°C in some areas. Skies remained mostly clear, with Safdarjung Airport recording morning fog, which reduced visibility to 700 meters, while visibility at Palam Airport dropped to 1200 meters. Smog continued to affect the region, reducing air quality.
Delhi NCR can expect mostly clear skies today, with light morning winds that may reach speeds below 10 km/h by afternoon, slowing again by evening. Smog, mist, and light fog are anticipated in both the morning and evening, with fog density likely to increase through the week, impacting visibility on highways.
Fog Forecast in Other States: According to the IMD, dense fog is likely to persist in parts of West Punjab and Northwest Rajasthan for the next two days, with some regions in Himachal Pradesh also expecting dense fog over the next three days.
Heavy rainfall is predicted in Tamil Nadu between November 11, 15, while Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, and Rayalaseema are expected to receive isolated heavy showers from November 12–14. Rainfall is also likely in Kerala and Mahe from November 13–16, and in parts of Coastal and South Interior Karnataka on November 14.
