The Chief Minister Entrepreneurship Revolution Scheme is being implemented by the District Trade and Industry Center, Katni, to provide self-employment opportunities to the unemployed youth of the district. Under this scheme, eligible candidates can apply and benefit based on their eligibility criteria.
The Chief Minister Entrepreneurship Revolution Scheme offers financial assistance ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹25 lakh for retail and service businesses, while the limit for manufacturing (industrial) units is from ₹50,000 to ₹50 lakh. Additionally, the state government provides an interest subsidy of 3% on the loan distributed to beneficiaries, which is applicable for up to 7 years. The scheme also includes a loan guarantee fee, which is repayable at the prevailing rate for a maximum of 7 years.
The primary objective of the Chief Minister Entrepreneurship Revolution Scheme is to reduce unemployment among the youth and encourage them to adopt self-employment as a viable career option instead of traditional jobs. The scheme aims to empower the youth of the state to take up self-employment opportunities and contribute to the economic growth of the region.
Eligibility Criteria and Conditions: To avail the benefits of the Chief Minister Entrepreneurship Revolution Scheme, the applicant must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh. The applicant must have passed at least 8th grade, be between the ages of 18 and 45 years, and have an annual income of less than ₹12 lakh.
Application Process: Interested youth can apply through the MP Online Portal. The application process requires submitting a project report, Aadhaar card, Samagra ID, photograph, bank passbook, quotation, PAN card, and other necessary documents. Through this scheme, unemployed youth will have the opportunity to establish their businesses according to their abilities and create a new direction for their careers in self-employment.
