Relief to farmers across Madhya Pradesh, the government has once again extended the deadline for the E-Krishi Yantra Subsidy Scheme. Farmers can now apply for subsidies on various agricultural equipment till April 16, 2025. Earlier, the last date was April 8, but it has been extended due to the unmet target of applications. A lottery will be announced on April 17 after the application process concludes. Notably, this is the second time the deadline has been extended, making it a last chance for interested farmers.

Subsidy Details the Scheme:

Farmers are eligible for substantial subsidies on agricultural implements under this scheme:

• Small and marginal farmers are entitled to receive 50% to 60% subsidy on the unit cost.
• Other farmer categories are eligible for a subsidy ranging from 40% to 50% of the total unit cost.
