There's great news for farmers in Madhya Pradesh! The government has announced the purchase of broken and dull wheat grains. An official announcement has been made regarding this.

Trouble due to rain:

Farmers have faced many difficulties this year due to irregular weather. Despite the harvest of wheat crops, due to rain, many farmers' crops remained in the fields. As a result, the shine of their crops was lost due to rain, making it a bit difficult for farmers to sell this wheat. According to the government's guidelines, grains are purchased, and if the grains don't meet the government's guidelines, they are not purchased from farmers. But now the central government has issued new criteria for wheat procurement.

Order from the Managing Director of the Madhya Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation Shikha Poras Narwal, Managing Director of Madhya Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, issued an important order on April 24th. Under this order, regional and district managers have been ordered to display flexes regarding discounts in the FAQ criteria on the purchasing center.

FAQ criteria for procurement first Last month, some important changes were made during the wheat procurement at the support price. It included 6% for shriveled and broken grains, 30% for dull grains, 2% for damaged grains, and 4% for partially damaged grains. If it exceeded this, the wheat was rejected.

New changes in support prices in wheat procurement Since April 25th, there have been some important changes in wheat procurement at support prices. The portion of shriveled and broken grains has been increased to 15%, dull grains to 50%, damaged grains to 6%, and partially damaged grains to 6% as well.

A big benefit for farmers These changes represent a significant change in purchasing at support prices. Farmers will receive a fair price for their produce. This will improve their economic situation, and they will feel more encouraged to increase their agricultural production.
