In a major relief for farmers affected by hailstorms and unseasonal rains, the Haryana government has launched the E-Kshatipurti Portal to facilitate a smooth and transparent online compensation process. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has emphasized that the initiative aims to provide financial assistance to farmers swiftly so they can resume agricultural activities without delays. District administrations have been directed to assist farmers in surveying crop damage and ensuring hassle-free compensation distribution. Under this scheme, compensation amounts will be directly transferred to farmers' bank accounts, ensuring financial security and stability. This move is expected to be particularly beneficial for small and marginal farmers, helping them recover from losses caused by natural disasters.

How Much Compensation Will Farmers Get?

The Haryana government has outlined a structured approach to ensure fair compensation for affected farmers:

  1. Priority for small and marginal farmers.
