Two New Portals Launched for Government Housing Allocation in Bhopal, Recruitment for 17,871 Anganwadi Positions Announced

The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh inaugurated two new portals for government housing allocation in Bhopal on Wednesday, ahead of the cabinet meeting. Applauding the initiative, the Chief Minister commended the Home Department for introducing a digital system that will streamline and enhance the transparency of the housing allocation process.

Bhopal Government Housing Allocation Rules, 2000, the entire allocation process will now be conducted online via the portal www.sampada.mp.gov.in. Government employees will receive real-time notifications regarding their housing allocations on their registered mobile numbers through the MPHOME SMS gateway. The portal will automatically allocate housing based on a priority list, ensuring a transparent and efficient system.

Online Recruitment for Anganwadi Workers and Assistants:

The Chief Minister reviewed the newly developed online recruitment process for Anganwadi workers and assistants, emphasizing its role in expediting and simplifying the hiring procedure. He highlighted that this step would minimize complaints and ensures a fair selection process. Applicants can now submit their applications by uploading the required documents either through MP Online kiosks or by downloading the application on their mobile devices.

549 New Anganwadi Centers Approved for Tribal Regions:

The Chief Minister congratulated the Women and Child Development Department for successfully implementing the online module at https://chayan.mponline.gov.in. He also announced the approval of 549 new Anganwadi centers in 20 districts under the Prime Minister’s Tribal Justice Campaign (PM Janman) to benefit the particularly vulnerable tribal groups.

Recruitment for 17,871 Positions: The state government is set to fill 5,201 existing positions for Anganwadi workers and assistants, along with 12,670 newly created posts, bringing the total to 17,871 recruitments. The Chief Minister highlighted that this initiative would provide significant employment opportunities for women. Anganwadi workers will receive a monthly honorarium of ₹13,000, while assistants will be paid ₹6,500 per month.
