The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Mohan Yadav, along with Union Agriculture Minister and other dignitaries, will attend the event. The mobile apps ‘Awas Sakhi’ and ‘Gram Sadak Survey & Planning App’ will be launched. Additionally, ₹150 crore in bank loans to self-help groups, the inauguration of eight processing units, and 100 community training centers will also take place. Over ₹2.70 crore in bonuses will be distributed to tendu leaf collectors.
The Gram Vikas Sammelan will be held on October 8 at 1 PM in Bhairunda, where Union Agriculture Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan, the state's Rural Development Minister Shri Prahlad Singh Patel, and other ministers will be present. The event aims to empower self-help groups and provide significant financial support to rural development initiatives.
During the event, the Prime Minister's housing mobile app, ‘Awas Sakhi’, and the ‘Gram Sadak Survey & Planning App’ will be launched with a single click. Furthermore, 500 kilometers of roads under PMGSY-IV will be inaugurated. Additionally, ₹150 crore in bank loans and community investment funds for self-help groups will be transferred with a single click. The establishment of RSETI centers in five new districts will also be approved.
A bonus of ₹2.70 crore will be distributed to 52,818 tendu leaf collectors in Sehore district. Under the Bamboo Mission scheme, 215 bamboo beneficiaries will receive 2,90,000 bamboo saplings, along with a grant of ₹1.04 crore from the Madhya Pradesh government.
Grand Roadshow: Before the Gram Vikas Sammelan, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav and Union Agriculture Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan will participate in a grand roadshow in Bhairunda.
