Distribution of Free Saplings by Prasphutan Committee, Paving the Way for a Greener Future

Dadargawan village of Kundeshwar Dham block, the Gram Vikas Prasphutan Committee is developing a nursery to promote environmental conservation and ensure the availability of essential nutrients in rural areas. Supported by the Navankur organization, the nursery is cultivating 3,000 saplings of Amla (Indian gooseberry), Moringa, Guava, and Mango. These saplings will be provided to villagers either free of cost or at a nominal price.

Additional Services for Villagers:

The guidance of the District Coordinator of the Jan Abhiyan Parishad, Jabalpur, several developmental initiatives are being undertaken in the village. The Navankur organization, White Tigers Social Welfare Society, distributed free blankets to villagers during a Gram Chaupal event. Elderly women were personally visited at their homes to ensure they received the blankets, bringing smiles to their faces.

Discussions on Environmental Conservation and Village Development:

During the Gram Chaupal, District Coordinator Shri Pradeep Tiwari discussed the vision of an ideal village. He urged the villagers to work on critical issues like environmental conservation, water preservation, and de-addiction. Shri Tiwari appreciated the selfless efforts of the Prasphutan Committee and described its members as exemplary contributors to society.

Participation in Village Development and Environmental Initiatives: Block Coordinator Shri Vivek Mishra encouraged villagers to contribute to the construction of water conservation units (Bori Bandhan) through voluntary labor. He also appealed to every household to plant saplings of Tulsi (holy basil), Moringa, Amla, Neem, and Jackfruit to promote greenery.
Navankur organization's head, Dr. Nitesh Pandey, highlighted plans for activities focusing on education, health, and cleanliness and called for collective efforts to achieve these goals. He assured full support for the initiatives undertaken by the Prasphutan Committee.

Greenery and Development in Rural Areas: On this occasion, attendees visited the village's Jan Suchna Kendra (Public Information Center). The event was graced by Dr. Amit Pandey from the Navankur organization, Prasphutan Committee President Shri Ramcharan Paraste, Secretary Prabhu Singh Varkade, committee members, and many villagers. This initiative is playing a crucial role in advancing environmental conservation and community development in rural areas.
