UP Weather Today: The weather turns hostile in Uttar Pradesh, warning of heavy rain, storms, and lightning

For the past several days, the skies have been cloudy, and now the entire state of Uttar Pradesh is covered. This creates a conducive environment for heavy rainfall. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of moderate rain accompanied by thunder and lightning in several districts of Uttar Pradesh. The state has been experiencing intermittent moderate rain for quite some time, but starting from July 11, many areas have received significant rainfall.

According to reports, heavy rain is expected in many districts of Uttar Pradesh over the next three days. The Meteorological Department has issued a warning for heavy rain and lightning from July 11 to 13 in both eastern and western parts of the state.

Heavy Rainfall in These Districts of Uttar Pradesh:

The Meteorological Department has issued a warning for heavy rain in Kushinagar, Siddharthnagar, Maharajganj, Lakhimpur Kheri, Deoria, Sant Kabir Nagar, and areas near Gorakhpur. It is estimated that excessive rainfall may occur. Other districts like Sitapur, Pilibhit, Rampur, Shravasti, Gonda, Basti, Bareilly, Bahraich, Chitrakoot, Prayagraj, Shahjahanpur, Mirzapur, Fatehpur, Sonbhadra, and regions near Kaushambi are also expected to experience heavy rain with lightning.

Cloudy Skies Expected in Noida-Ghaziabad:

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a chance of light rain in some areas and heavy rain in others during the day. The maximum temperature is expected to be around 35 degrees Celsius, while the minimum will be around 25-26 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, Noida, Ghaziabad weather, Faridabad, and Gurugram are also experiencing cloudy skies. Several areas, including the capital Delhi, are witnessing high humidity.
