Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India's global identity is becoming stronger and more distinct. The exceptional global leadership of Prime Minister Modi has significantly benefited Madhya Pradesh during the recent six-day UK-Germany visit. Investment proposals worth ₹78,000 crore were received from industrialists and investors, paving the way for enhanced employment opportunities for the youth of the state.

Key Focus Sectors:

The visit prioritized sectors like minerals, semiconductors, healthcare, automobiles, electric vehicles (EV), renewable energy, education, and food processing. Comprehensive discussions were held with investors and industrialists to promote industrial, technological, and environmental development in these areas.

₹3,000 Crore Investment in Healthcare Sector:

A pharmaceutical company is set to invest ₹3,000 crore in the Smart Industrial Park in Indore. The proposal has been promptly approved, and the land allocation process expedited. This investment will support the production of advanced medical equipment and medicines, significantly contributing to the healthcare sector.

Employment Generation through Mineral Resources:

Efforts are being made to maximize the utilization of the state's abundant mineral resources by attracting investments in the mining and metal industries. Discussions with foreign companies emphasized equipping these industries with modern technologies for better efficiency and output.

Boost to the Dairy Industry: To enhance productivity and establish advanced processing units in the dairy industry, detailed discussions were held with Poland-based PPH Tamer. Plans to launch new projects with the collaboration of domestic and international companies were outlined during the visit.

₹1,100 Crore Investment in IT Sector: Madhya Pradesh's IT sector received significant attention, with foreign companies expressing keen interest. Woodpecker Software proposed an investment of ₹1,100 crore in the IT and chemical sectors, signaling strong growth potential for the state’s technology ecosystem.

Infrastructure and Smart City Projects: The visit also brought ₹1,000 crore investment proposals from BEM Limited for modular housing projects. Key discussions were held on infrastructure development, modern transportation systems, smart cities, and residential facilities, highlighting the state's growing potential as a global investment hub.

Cultural and Technological Partnerships: A MoU with Stuttgart's Natural History Museum was signed to promote cultural and educational exchanges between Madhya Pradesh and Germany. Additionally, discussions were initiated to establish a German Language Institute in the state, addressing language barriers and enabling local youth to access job opportunities in Germany.

Economic Progress through Global Investments: The UK-Germany visit yielded investment proposals worth ₹2,76,070 crore, which are expected to generate 3,28,670 jobs in Madhya Pradesh. Chief Minister Yadav remarked, "We are committed to transforming Madhya Pradesh into an industrial hub and are prepared to attract investments from both domestic and international sources. Our goal is to make Madhya Pradesh economically robust and a key contributor to India's economy.
