Ladli Bahna Scheme E-KYC - 2024 Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan of Madhya Pradesh has initiated the Ladli Bahna Scheme to empower women. Under this scheme, women in the state were previously provided with a cash incentive of ₹1000. However, it has now been increased to ₹1250. It is now mandatory to conduct Ladli Bahna e-KYC so that beneficiaries can transfer money to their bank accounts without any hassle.
Meaning of E-KYC: Matching Aadhar information with the comprehensive ID.
Residence of Women: This new process is proving to be beneficial primarily for women, especially those residing in Madhya Pradesh. Through e-KYC, local resident women can now easily link their ID with Aadhar.
Secure and Comprehensive ID E-KYC will link Aadhar with the comprehensive ID, which helps prevent ID duplication.
Eligibility to avail benefits in this scheme: As a result of this new process, only eligible women can avail the benefits of the scheme. Due to the facility of ID verification through E-KYC, women can now keep their identity secure and avail the benefits of government schemes properly.
There is no fee required for applicants to conduct e-KYC. A payment of ₹15 for E-KYC will be given to the relevant Common Service Center by the government. If anyone demands money from a sister, she can contact the CM Helpline number 181 for complaints.
