Upcoming Weather Alert:  The weather forecast indicates significant changes as the previously observed Low Pressure Area, which was present yesterday, now resides over southeast Jharkhand and its vicinity. Over the next 2–3 days, it is expected to move eastwards, traversing West Bengal.  

This movement is likely to bring light to moderate rainfall across many areas, with isolated instances of heavy to very heavy rainfall expected in Bihar, West Bengal, Sikkim, Jharkhand, Kerala State, and north Odisha on the 3rd and 4th of October. Furthermore, the weather system is anticipated to impact Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram, and Tripura with rainfall during the period of 4th to 6th October 2023.
