Meeting of Committee Managers Held to Discuss Paddy Procurement Preparations

A meeting of committee managers was held by the Madhya Pradesh State Civil Supply Corporation to discuss the preparations for paddy procurement. The meeting involved a detailed discussion on all necessary arrangements related to the procurement process, and key instructions were given to the concerned officials. The review included arrangements for seating in the warehouse, drinking water, sanitation facilities, farmers' access, weighing systems, and CCTV surveillance.

The committee managers were instructed to ensure that all facilities are convenient for the farmers. Food Supply Controller and Deputy Collector, Kuldeep Parashar, provided suggestions regarding the challenges in the procurement process and issued necessary instructions for their resolution. He also shared the latest government guidelines regarding the operation of the Public Distribution System (PDS) and POS machines.

While reviewing the warehouse mapping, the Food Supply Controller and Deputy Collector emphasized that under the guidance of Collector Mr. Deepak Saxena, this year's paddy procurement process would be completed successfully. The meeting was organized to ensure the convenience of farmers and to make the paddy procurement process more efficient and transparent.
