The MSME Pavilion was inaugurated in Hall No. 6 at the India International Trade Fair (IITF), emphasizing the theme “Green MSMEs.” This theme highlights the adoption of clean and green technologies in MSME business operations. The Pavilion also prominently features the “PM Vishwakarma Scheme,” aimed at providing comprehensive support to 18 categories of traditional artisans and craftspeople.
The 43rd IITF-2024’s MSME Pavilion showcases the participation of 200 exhibitors from 29 states and union territories. A diverse range of products is on display, including textiles, handlooms, handicrafts, embroidery, leather footwear, toys and games, bamboo and cane items, gems and jewelry, ceramics, pottery, and mechanical products. The fair provides a unique platform for women entrepreneurs, SC/ST entrepreneurs, and those from aspirational districts to promote their products and services to a wide customer base.
Encouragement and Awareness Initiatives: Shri Jitan Ram Manjhi interacted with the exhibitors and commended their efforts and participation. Additionally, a street play (Nukkad Natak) was organized to raise awareness about the PM Vishwakarma Scheme.
