Employment Opportunities in the Private Sector: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav emphasized that apart from government jobs, the state has initiated efforts to create over 2.5 lakh employment opportunities in the private sector. Proposals received from investors have been instrumental in driving private-sector job creation. To equip the youth with industry-relevant skills, the government has introduced IT sector-focused and technical skill development courses, ensuring employment opportunities within the state itself.

Expedited Recruitment Process: Recruitment for over one lakh government positions has already commenced. Advertisements have been issued for filling vacant positions through the Public Service Commission and the Staff Selection Board.
