The PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the Central Government transfers ₹6,000 annually to the farmers' bank accounts. This amount is disbursed in three installments of ₹2,000 each. Every four months, one installment is released directly into the accounts of eligible farmers. Thus, the government transfers a total of ₹6,000 per year to each farmer's account.
There is great news for millions of farmers across the country. The Central Government has announced that the 18th installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi will be released on October 5. This information has been officially confirmed on the PM Kisan portal. To receive the 18th installment, farmers must complete the e-KYC process. The release of the 18th installment will provide farmers with financial support for sowing the Rabi crop in October.
The amount under the PM Kisan Yojana is transferred to beneficiaries' accounts through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). Therefore, it is essential that your bank account is linked with your Aadhaar, and the DBT option is activated. You can check this information by visiting your bank branch.
