Exclusions under PMAY 2.0:

• A family can only avail of the scheme once.
• If a property was previously purchased by another beneficiary under PMAY, the subsidy cannot be transferred to the new owner.
• Two family members cannot claim the subsidy on the same property under separate loans.
• Individuals who transfer a housing loan from one financial institution to another cannot claim the subsidy again.
