In Punjab and Haryana, light to moderate rain is expected in districts including Amritsar, Bathinda, Patiala, Pathankot, Jalandhar, among others. Similarly, areas in Haryana such as Chandigarh, Faridabad, Sonipat, Bhiwani, among others, are likely to witness rainfall. Heavy rainfall has been reported in many areas of Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh yesterday, and there is a possibility of moderate rainfall in these areas today.
Clouds of rain are also expected today in these states. The weather department predicts that on April 30, there is a possibility of light rain in some parts of Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, western Rajasthan, and Telangana, in addition to Punjab and Haryana.
