According to the latest report from the Meteorological Department, a rain alert has been issued for Delhi and several other states starting today and continuing for the next few days. This morning, the temperature in Delhi-NCR was recorded at 38 °C. The department predicts intermittent rain throughout the day, with about a 30% chance of rainfall and winds blowing at a speed of 10 kilometers per hour, making the weather pleasant.
The Meteorological Department states that in the next three days, monsoon rains in Maharashtra weather, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, coastal Andhra Pradesh, the northwestern parts of the Bay of Bengal, and West Bengal may lead to a drop in temperatures.
Heavy Rain is expected over the Next Five Days: During the next five days, light to heavy rainfall is expected across various parts of India. Predictions indicate rain in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, and sub-Himalayan West Bengal. Today, heavy rainfall is likely in sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, Assam and Meghalaya, and Arunachal Pradesh.
