The monsoon has firmly established its presence across the country, bringing relief and challenges alike. In Delhi, intermittent showers have provided some respite from the heat and humidity, although yesterday's heavy rain in parts of Delhi and the NCR led to waterlogging and traffic disruptions.
According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), light rain is expected in Delhi today, July 10. This trend of light to moderate rain is likely to continue until July 15 in Delhi and surrounding areas. During this period, the maximum temperature in Delhi is expected to hover between 34 to 35 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature will be around 26 to 27 degrees Celsius.
Heavy Rainfall Alerts: The IMD has issued a warning for heavy rainfall in several regions on July 10.
Thunderstorm Warnings: Additionally, thunderstorms accompanied by lightning are forecasted at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, West Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, West Bengal, Sikkim, Bihar weather, Jharkhand, and Odisha.
