However, heatwave conditions are still expected in states such as Uttar Pradesh, East Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, and Odisha.
According to the IMD, Delhi and its surrounding areas will have partly cloudy skies today, with the possibility of a strong dust storm accompanied by light rain. The maximum temperature in the capital is expected to be around 42 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature could be around 30 degrees Celsius. The forecast suggests that the heatwave may return to Delhi later this week.

The IMD has issued an orange alert for heatwave in districts such as Chitrakoot, Prayagraj, Fatehpur, Kanpur, Mathura, Agra, Firozabad, Etawah, Auraiya, Jalaun, Hamirpur, Mahoba, Jhansi, Lalitpur, and surrounding areas. Additionally, a yellow alert has been issued for several other districts.
Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, the sky is expected to be clear today, with heatwave conditions likely to start from tomorrow. The maximum temperature in Lucknow could reach 43 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature is expected to be around 31 degrees Celsius.
