By November 26, 2024, more than 30.42 crore unorganized workers have been registered on the e-Shram portal. To provide various benefits to unorganized workers, the E-Shram portal has been integrated with several other portals and schemes:
The E-Shram portal has been linked with the National Career Service (NCS) portal. Unorganized workers can register on the NCS platform using their Universal Account Number (UAN) and explore suitable job opportunities. A seamless registration option/link has been made available on the E-Shram portal for users to register on NCS effortlessly.
The E-Shram portal has also been integrated with the Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maandhan (PM-SYM) scheme. This scheme is for unorganized workers aged 18-40 years, offering a monthly pension of ₹3,000/- after the age of 60. The government contributes 50% of the premium, while the worker bears the remaining cost.

A provision has been added to the E-Shram portal to include the family details of migrant workers for better assistance.
Assistance in Construction Workers’ Registration: The E-Shram portal now facilitates the sharing of construction workers’ data with states and union territories, aiding their registration with respective Building and Other Construction Workers (BoCW) boards.
Skill Development and Apprenticeship Opportunities: The portal has been integrated with the Skill India Digital platform to offer skill enhancement and apprenticeship opportunities to unorganized workers.
