A meeting to resolve time-bound issues was held under the chairmanship of Collector Mr. Praveen Singh in the District Panchayat Hall. During the meeting, the Collector reviewed the Sambal Scheme and directed that the pending ex-gratia payments for beneficiaries be processed immediately.
Mr. Singh instructed the concerned officials to expedite the payment process for farmers whose payments for soybean procurement remain pending. He also directed to fast-track the creation of Ayushman cards for senior citizens aged 70 years and above, emphasizing the need to set up camps in villages and visit homes to ensure the cards are made.
The Revenue Mahabhiyan 3.0 is being conducted from November 15 to December 15 across the state, including the district. This campaign aims to resolve pending court cases related to land records, including name changes, partition, record correction, boundary demarcation, as well as register new revenue cases, update maps, complete PM Kisan saturation, link Aadhaar with Record of Rights (RoR), implement Farmer Registry, and carry out the Swamitva Scheme. All revenue officers have been instructed to ensure the implementation of these tasks.

The Dharati Aaba Tribal Village Utkash Abhiyan, instructions were given to ensure that all 80 tribal-dominated villages in the district benefit from both central and state government schemes. The Collector emphasized the need to provide pucca houses to all eligible tribal families and expand basic services such as roads, water, and electricity in their villages.
The meeting, Collector Mr. Singh directed the concerned departments to complete their departmental targets on time and ensure the preparation of cases for employment and self-employment schemes. He instructed that the cases be forwarded to banks for approval and the disbursement of loans.
Support through Back-Linkage for Self-Help Groups: The meeting highlighted that NRLM facilitated back-linkage of Rs. 52.58 crore to self-help groups. Additionally, under the Urban Development Corporation, 16,909 cases were processed under the Self-Employment Scheme, Group Loan Schemes, Group Bank Linkages, and PM Swanidhi, resulting in the disbursement of Rs. 28.30 crore.
Financial Assistance under Various Schemes: The Horticulture and Food Processing Department disbursed Rs. 2.26 crore across 39 cases. The Tribal Affairs Department distributed Rs. 19.61 lakh to 11 beneficiaries under the Bhagwan Birsa Munda Self-Employment Scheme and the Tantyamama Economic Welfare Scheme. The District Trade and Industry Center approved loans of Rs. 6.09 crore for 112 beneficiaries under the Chief Minister's Enterprise Revolution Scheme.
