Targeting 20% Contribution to India’s Milk Production, Students Gain Insights into Modern Automotive Technology

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that Madhya Pradesh currently contributes 9% to the nation’s total milk production. Efforts are being streamlined to increase this contribution to 20%. He emphasized accelerating initiatives in milk collection and production under the cooperative sector. Villages with active cooperative societies have shown positive results in milk production. For other villages, a comprehensive action plan has been prepared, with district-level efforts underway for implementation.

Citing Rajgarh district as an example, the Chief Minister highlighted the proactive initiatives by Farmer Producer Organizations, Panchayats, and the Rural Development Department. He also mentioned plans to amend cooperative rules and legislation as needed to further boost milk production.

Milk Production to Grow with NDDB Partnership:

The meeting highlighted that the agreement with the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) has intensified efforts to enhance milk production in the state. During the session, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav welcomed NDDB Chairman Mr. Meenesh Shah with a bouquet of flowers.

Students Gain Knowledge on Advanced Automotive Technology:

A workshop was jointly organized by Sant Shiromani Ravidas Global Skills Park and the Federation of Automobile Dealers Association (FADA), where students were introduced to the latest trends and future opportunities in the automobile industry. The workshop aimed to align youth with the growing demands of the industry and provide new opportunities in technical education. Special focus was given to the rising demand for electric and hybrid vehicles. Experts explained the intricacies of modern technologies and discussed their potential contributions to the industry. Additionally, students were briefed on internship and on-the-job training programs to gain real-world industrial experience.

Better Employment Opportunities for Youth: Sant Shiromani Ravidas Global Skills Park’s Senior Director, Mr. Shamimuddin, highlighted the institute’s state-of-the-art facilities and their role in creating better employment opportunities for youth. Federation President Mr. Ashish Pandey shared industry expectations and emphasized the need for skilled and industry-ready professionals who meet global standards.
