The temperature is rising in many parts of the country, and the heat is becoming more noticeable. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), this year is expected to be hotter than usual.
As per the weather department, the temperature in Madhya Pradesh may increase by 4 to 6 degrees Celsius in the next 4-5 days. Currently, the weather will remain clear, but in the next 10 days, the heat will intensify, making it feel like the end of April. Usually, temperatures rise after Holi, but this year, the summer heat will be felt earlier.
Damoh district, the maximum temperature over the next 10 days may range between 32 to 38 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature could be between 13 to 20 degrees. Mandsaur, Ratlam, and Neemuch may see maximum temperatures between 32 to 39 degrees and minimum temperatures between 14 to 20 degrees. Similarly, in Narmadapuram (Hoshangabad) and Harda, the maximum temperature could range from 33 to 40 degrees, while the minimum temperature may be between 15 to 20 degrees.
Bhopal, the capital of MP, the weather is expected to be clear and warm this week, with maximum temperatures ranging from 30 to 35 degrees Celsius.
Indore will also experience rising temperatures, with clear skies and a maximum temperature between 30 to 34 degrees Celsius this week.
The heat is also increasing in Uttar Pradesh. In the next 48 hours, strong winds with speeds of 20 to 30 km/h may blow across eastern and western UP. On March 3 and 4, the weather will remain clear in all 75 districts of the state, including Lucknow weather, Varanasi, Kanpur, Noida, Agra, and Prayagraj, with no chances of rain.
The weather is expected to remain clear on March 5 and 6 as well, but strong winds may continue. The weather department has not issued any alerts, but people are advised to take precautions as temperatures rise.
