Use of Nano Urea and Nano DAP for Rabi Crops

Nano Urea: First Application

For Rabi crops such as wheat, gram, lentil, mustard, etc., apply the first dose of Nano Urea when the crop reaches 35–40 days of growth. Mix 4 ml of Nano Urea and 4 ml of Nano DAP (liquid) in one liter of water to prepare the solution. Spray this solution over one acre of the crop.

Nano Urea: Second Application
The second dose should be applied at 55–60 days of crop growth. Mix 4 ml of Nano Urea in one liter of water. Use a flat-fan or cut nozzle sprayer for uniform application.

Important Instructions:

• Conduct the spray either in the morning or evening for better effectiveness.
• Do not mix Nano Urea or Nano DAP with herbicides or pesticides.
• Nano Urea is fully water-soluble and can be combined with other water-soluble fertilizers.

Sprayer Usage Guidelines:

• For a 15-liter hand or battery-operated sprayer, use 60 ml of Nano Urea and Nano DAP.
• For a 25-liter sprayer, use 100 ml of Nano Urea per hectare.
• For a 500-liter tractor-mounted sprayer, use 2000 ml per tank.
• For drone applications with a 10-liter tank, use 500 ml per drone tank.

Weed Control:

• For narrow-leaf weeds: Use 33 gm of Sulfosulfuron 75% WG or 400 gm of Clodinafop 15% WP per hectare.
• For broadleaf weeds: Apply 1.40 liters of 2,4-D Sodium Salt 38% EC or 20 gm of Metsulfuron Methyl 20% WP per hectare.
• Root Aphid Control: To manage root aphids in wheat crops, Use 1.5 liters of Chlorpyrifos 20 EC per hectare, mixed with 500–600 liters of water.
• Caterpillar Control: For small and green caterpillars, Apply 1.5 liters of Chlorpyrifos 50 EC per hectare or 1.25 liters of Profenofos Cypermethrin 44 EC per hectare.
