Successful cultivation of colorful cauliflower:

According to media reports, farmer Anand Mani Bhatt is always trying something new in farming. This has resulted in his earlier successful experiment with lauki (bottle gourd). Now, he has tried and succeeded in experimenting with cauliflower. Currently, his purple and yellow-colored cauliflower is attracting attention among mountain farmers.

Weighing one to two kilograms: According to farmer Anand Mani Bhatt, the taste of this colorful cauliflower prepared by him is similar to broccoli. He has mentioned that the crop of this colorful cauliflower is ready in about 70 to 80 days. The weight of this cauliflower is approximately between one to two kilograms. He also mentioned that if a farmer wants to cultivate this colorful cauliflower, they can plant it in August or September, and it will be ready by December. This could be profitable for them.

Nutritious cauliflower: According to agricultural scientists, colorful cauliflower is rich in nutrients. Cauliflower contains calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and zinc. Colorful cauliflower, similar to broccoli, enhances immunity when consumed.
