In many places, these temperatures are normal (-1.0°C to +1.0°C), while in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, and western Uttar Pradesh, as well as Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, and eastern Uttar Pradesh, it is more than 2-4°C.
