Maharashtra is currently experiencing continuous rainfall in several regions. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), heavy rain is expected in various parts of central Maharashtra on June 19 and 20, including Mumbai, Nashik, Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Jalgaon, and Akola, among other cities. The ongoing rains are providing some relief from the prevailing heat. Meanwhile, the southwest monsoon has already brought heavy rains to Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and West Bengal Weather.

- Nagpur: Nagpur is likely to face strong winds along with thunderstorms and rain today. The maximum temperature could reach up to 40 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature is expected to be around 27 degrees Celsius.
- Aurangabad: Aurangabad is expected to have strong winds with rain and thunderstorms today, June 17. The maximum temperature may reach 36 degrees Celsius, with the minimum temperature around 25 degrees Celsius.
