Meanwhile, Odisha and several other states are likely to experience storms, rain, and hail today, requiring farmers to remain cautious. In eastern Uttar Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, and Marathwada, wind speeds may reach 30-40 km/h, with the possibility of thunderstorms and lightning.

Weather Today in Madhya Pradesh: Rising Temperatures Expected:

After recent rainfall and hailstorms, Madhya Pradesh is likely to witness clear skies. According to the Meteorological Department, the impact of the western disturbance and cyclonic system is weakening, bringing sunshine to Bhopal, Indore weather, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Ujjain, and Narmadapuram. However, in Rewa, Sidhi, Mauganj, and Anuppur, strong winds with speeds of 40-50 km/h may occur.

Heat to Intensify by the End of March:

By the end of March, temperatures are expected to rise significantly, crossing 40°C in many regions. The weather department has predicted heatwaves in April and May, which could last for 30-35 days. The next four months will see increased heat, making it necessary for farmers and the general public to take precautions.

Rain and Storm Alert in These States:

Weather changes are expected across various parts of the country. Today, heavy rainfall is likely in Odisha, Arunachal Pradesh, South Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Kerala, and Mahe.
Additionally, Odisha may experience strong storms with wind speeds of 50-60 km/h, along with hail and lightning. Meanwhile, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Sikkim, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Telangana may see winds of 40-50 km/h, along with the possibility of hail and lightning. Farmers should remain alert as crops are in their critical growing stage. Any hailstorm or excessive rainfall could cause significant damage to agricultural produce.
