Fog continues to affect several districts in Uttar Pradesh, while some areas are experiencing dry weather. According to weather experts, the foggy conditions are expected to persist until January 31. However, from February 1, light rain or drizzle is likely in some districts of western Uttar Pradesh.
With the activation of a western disturbance, a shift in weather patterns is expected across various parts of the country, including Uttar Pradesh. The weather in the state is likely to change starting February 1, with light rain possible in western UP from February 2. The weather department forecasts scattered showers with thunder on February 2, 3, and 4 in some areas, while most parts of eastern Uttar Pradesh will experience clear skies.
Millions of devotees are currently attending the ongoing Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj. According to the weather forecast from January 30 to February 4, the minimum temperature in Prayagraj is expected to range between 12°C and 14°C, and the maximum temperature between 27°C and 29°C. Fog or mist is expected in the mornings until February 1, after which the skies will clear. Partial cloud cover is likely on February 2 and 3, with fog or mist returning on February 4. No weather-related warnings have been issued for the week. Humidity levels are expected to be between 85-90% in the morning and 45-60% in the evening.
Weather Forecast for Lucknow: According to the IMD report, on Wednesday, the minimum temperature in Lucknow was recorded at 9°C, with a maximum of 25°C. Meanwhile, the lowest temperature recorded in Ayodhya was 6.5°C, the lowest in the region. On January 30, the minimum temperature in Lucknow is expected to be around 10°C, with a maximum of 26°C. Fog or mist is expected in the morning, but the sky will clear later in the day. Additionally, clear weather is expected in Ayodhya and Varanasi as well.
