Cucumber slices are highly beneficial for the eyes. Simply cut thin slices of cucumber and place them on the eyes for a few minutes.
To soothe irritation and itching in the eyes, you can also put a drop or two of rose water into each eye.
To alleviate eye fatigue, slice a potato into thin pieces and place them on the eyes for approximately 20 minutes.
Aloe vera is quite helpful in relieving eye irritation and swelling. Mix aloe vera gel into a cup of cold water, soak a cotton pad in it, and place it on the eyes.
For relief from burning sensations and itching in the eyes, wash the eyes thoroughly and then place ice cubes wrapped in a clean cotton cloth on them.
