While the harvesting of crops is still ongoing in most districts of Uttar Pradesh, the influx in markets during March has been slightly lower compared to last year due to ongoing harvesting activities.
Wheat Market Rates in Firozabad: The maximum price for Dara variety wheat in Firozabad is currently observed at Rs. 2650 per quintal, with a minimum price of Rs. 2585 per quintal. The average price for wheat stands at approximately Rs. 2625 per quintal. Moreover, the arrivals of wheat in this market have reached 41 tons.
Wheat Market Rates in Ghaziabad Today: Ghaziabad Mandi, there's a slight increase in wheat prices. The maximum price observed here is Rs. 2550 per quintal, while the minimum is Rs. 2530 per quintal. The average price for wheat in this market is around Rs. 2540 per quintal. Additionally, the arrivals here stand at 410 tons, making it the second-highest arrival after Maharani Mandi.
Highest Arrivals in Lalitpur District: The Maharani Mandi in Lalitpur district has recorded the highest arrivals of wheat, totaling 680 tons. The maximum price for wheat here is Rs. 2350 per quintal, with a minimum of Rs. 2275 per quintal. The average price hovers around Rs. 2350 per quintal.
Low Arrivals in Jalaun and Sitapur Mandis: Jalaun and Sitapur Mandis have witnessed the lowest arrivals, with 4 and 5 tons respectively. The maximum price for wheat in these markets ranges from Rs. 2380 to Rs. 2200 per quintal.
